Media Release - Ellen Buckle appointed as Executive Officer of FIAAA

Ellen Buckle is a seasoned agricultural leader, complex systems thinker and influential communicator with over 30 years of expertise in driving outcomes for industry. Ellen has strong skills in negotiation, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement, with a comprehensive background across the entire food supply chain, including research, advocacy, policy, financial management, trade, and strategy development and implementation.

She has most recently come to us from Agrifutures where she led research investments across a number of levied industry programs including export fodder, buffalo, kangaroo and tea tree oil.  Prior to this she was Executive Officer for the livestock veterinarians within the Australian Veterinary Association, managing conferences, CPD delivery, advocacy and accreditation programs such as Pregcheck.

Ellen has an Undergraduate in Applied Science, an MBA, and is a recent graduate of the AICD Company Directors course.
